How much is postage?

We have a flat rate of $10 for shipping Australia wide for regular items and free shipping for orders over $200 (this will be applied automatically)

Bulky items may incur additional shipping costs.  


Do you ship international?

At the moment we’ve had to put a hold on international shipping.

Due to the current pandemic Australia still has their borders closed and therefore the number of planes coming and going has been drastically reduced and making international shipping lengthy and unreliable  


You're sold out! When we you be restocking?

We are constantly restocking styles when we can.

Due to the current climate and worldwide COVID19 shutdowns some of our supplies are very hard to source and/or taking an extremely long time to receive.  


How long until my order is shipped?

If your order only contains ready to ship items it will be posted within 48hrs. All other items are hand made to order and can take up to 4 weeks plus postage.

*Please note shipping times are delayed at the moment and completely out of our control especially international shipping. 


Can you make something in my size?

YES! As we hand make to order and draft our own patterns we can make your favourite piece in a custom size. Just shoot us an email before ordering and we'll help you with measurements and guide you through the process. 


 Do you make custom items?

We live for customs! If you have dreamt it,  hit us up and we'll do our best to make to happen. We are all about one off items and making your creations come to life. 


 Can I get small sizes studded?

Unfortunately we can't stud baby items. If you have an older child that needs a smaller size or a younger child that wears a larger size please contact us about screw back studs. 


Can I change my order?

Unfortunately we cannot change orders after they are placed. As everything is hand made to order and is usually started as soon as we receive it. 


Do you accept returns?

Because we hand make each item specifically for you, we can't exchange or refund for change of mind orders sorry. In the unlikely event you receive the wrong item or there is a fault please contact us so we can rectify the problem. Items must be unworn and in new condition.

Whilst we can't make any promises, if you are desperate or need something by a certain date please contact us before ordering.
